Waxing and Sugaring Tips

• For best results, please exfoliate 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Don’t forget to moisturize afterwards!

• Please keep your skin clean and moisturized prior and post treatment.

• Please avoid any smoking or stimulants prior on the day of your appointment such as caffeine or alcohol.

• If you are using any form of retin-a, please pause the use of treatment 7 days prior to your wax.

• Clients on antibiotics, birth control, or hormone replacement may experience more sensitivity. You may take a pain killer such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen, or naproxen prior to your appointment. Please consume accordingly to your physician’s instructions and biochemistry in order for the pain killer to work.

• If you have consumed accutane, we will NOT be able to service you until 12 months. We also require a physcian’s note before any waxing/sugaring services can be performed. This is only for your safety as we do NOT want to cause any trauma, inconvenience, nor injure anyone.

• We ask that you are honest. We want to deliver the best in service therefore we do not want to injure any of our clients. If there are any changes to your medications, health, or any possible concerns please inform us.
