Arize will change the way you think about salon services. We provide full service comfort, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. We will give you an experience that will leave you glowing both inside and out. To ensure that you receive the best, we’ve implemented a few guidelines:

Initial Appointment

Arize strives to make sure that we meet your expectations of a quality service. In order to do so, we will need some information about you to make sure that there are no contraindications. Initial appointments will require a valid government identification (current driver’s license or passport) for verification. *If you fail or refuse to identify yourself, NO services will be performed. You will be charged 100% of the services as that time was reserved for you.

24-hour Cancellation Notice

We require a 24-hour notice for cancelled, rescheduled, or modified appointments. If less of a notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee. Showing up to an appointment with multiple services and cancelling a service is still considered a late cancellation therefore you will be charged 50% for taking up that time. No shows will result in charging you 100% of the service.

Late Arrival

Appointments that are 15 minutes late or more will be required to re-book since the full service can’t be completed. Please arrive on time to ensure the completion of all services booked. Full payment is required for all services booked even if they are not completed due to late arrival.

Cell Phones

For relaxing services please be courteous and silence your cell phone. It is a disturbance especially if we are providing a relaxing service. We have a schedule to run on so please be mindful and respect our time. Unless, you have an important phone call that can not wait please pause your phone usage and conversation. No filming or recording of the service or staff is allowed. Cell phones are to be kept safely away during the service as we are not liable for any loss or damages that may occur.

Children/Guest

Children and guests are not allowed. Only one client per session allowed. Children are welcome when they have a scheduled appointment and a guardian present. In the event that you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional care taker. Our salon and spa is not childproof. Sharp instruments, hot tools, chemicals, and a busy congested service area makes for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We greatly appreciate your compliance with our child safety policy.

Age Requirements

Services cannot be performed on anyone under the age of 18. A legal parent or guardian must be present. The parent consent form must be filled out. It will need to be verified with both parties present. Do NOT book an appointment if you are underage!!! You will be refused service and charged for taking up that time.

Gratis

Gratis is appreciated but not required. These are left to your discretion, and may be added to your cash or credit card payment.  Our best form of gratis is your personal recommendation to our spa through reviews or word of mouth.

Accepted Payment Forms

We accept cash, credit card, Spa Finder gift cards, valid Groupon vouchers, and Square E-Gift cards as payment. For safety reasons, we do not carry change therefore please have the exact cash amount. Checks are NOT accepted. However, a credit card is still required to secure your appointment via the online booking site.

Groupon Redemption Policy

Groupon vouchers are ONLY a ONE(1) time use. No exceptions!!! If you’ve purchased this by accident please contact the customer service department of Groupon and request for a refund immediately. When booking an appointment please put “Groupon” in the notes. A credit card on file is still required to secure your appointment. It is YOUR responsibility to redeem the voucher before it expires.

No Tolerance Policy

Arize welcomes everyone from all walks of life. We enjoy a good laugh and building a great relationship with our dear clients. We are here to provide a professional service within our scope of practice. Any form of verbal abuse, requests to perform illegal acts, or non-verbal threats will not be tolerated. The client will be charged 100% of the service(s) regardless if performed and completed. Any client that appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs will be asked to leave and charged accordingly. Authorities may be contacted if necessary. We reserve the right to refuse services.
