Appointment Policy

We are by appointment only. Please click on the “Book Appointment” button on the bottom of the page to secure your appointment. You may also call us @ (763)219-1220 A credit card is required to secure your appointment. You are not required to store a credit card on file but unlinking your credit card equates to cancelling your appointment therefore you may be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important us. Arize will try to be as accommodating as possible whether coming in early or staying late, working weekends, holidays, and through lunch hours. We understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. * When you forget or cancel your appointment at the last minute, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment block and it doesn’t allow clients on our waiting list the option to to fill the vacancy.
